• Friends Group is established in 2003 with core business constructing and finishing activities of buildings in London, UK
• In 2004 added a new activity - Real estate management, which has become a major activity during the past seven years
• In 2007, to its portfolio of leased properties in London, the company added new ones located in Sofia, Bulgaria
• In 2007 due to occurred internal company needs is founded new business – Friends Design Studio. The new company initially covers only internal company needs. A few months later it starts executing orders from other companies.
• In 2008 was founded Friends Woodland whose principal activity is management and investing in forests. In the very beginning, the company itself was created to fulfill our corporate social responsibilities, which were aimed at nature conservation in Bulgaria. We are pleased that we managed to create a business model that protects nature and at the same time is very profitable.
• In 2009 Friends Travel became part of the FRIENDS GROUP family. The main activity of our tour company is the provision of business travel packages including a variety of services for foreign businessmen. These services aim to satisfy all their needs, saving them time, money and troubles. By Friends Travel we aim to provide a full range of services in health tourism in Bulgaria at very competitive prices.

  Friends Group Ltd was founded initially as Friends Partnership Ltd in 2003 in London. In the first year of its activity the company was constructing and finishing buildings mainly in London. In 2004 property management was added to the business. For the last seven years, these two activities have been the core of our business model. In 2007 Friends Group started its activities in Bulgaria.
